We work with trusted international freight forwarders to arrange sea, air, or land transportation according to your needs. Shipping can be arranged to any major port worldwide, and door-to-door delivery is available upon request. Shipping costs will be quoted based on order volume and destination.

Yes, we provide samples for quality inspection. Sample costs (including production and shipping) are borne by the buyer, but will be refunded once a bulk order is confirmed. Sample delivery takes 3–7 working days.

Yes, we offer customization services for flooring and wall panels (size, color, and pattern) and outdoor bathtubs (dimensions and material finishes). For customized items, feel free to discuss details with our sales team—we’re flexible to meet your needs.

We mainly operate on FOB Shanghai/Ningbo or CIF terms. Other terms (EXW, DAP, etc.) can be discussed based on your logistics preferences.
